The house
The house is located on a secure Private Estate and is beautifully furnished in European style. This modern 5-bedroom, 3-storey house offers the perfect holiday location and is only 700 meters from the beach! The pleasant center of Plettenberg Bay is only 5 minutes away by car.
The layout
The ground floor consists of a large open kitchen, living- and dining room, which opens onto a sun-drenched terrace with a large swimming pool (9 metres) and 2 covered patios. The indoor garage is located directly next to the spacious hall. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with king size bed and bathroom, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom.
On the first floor there is an open kitchen and living room, which opens onto a large balcony surrounding the house, with views of the Outeniqua Mountains. There are 2 bedrooms with king size beds, each with an attached bathroom. All 4 bathrooms have their own toilet, as do both living rooms. There is a huge balcony around the first floor, so you always have sun or shade.
Naturally, there is a large stock of linen at your disposal. There is also a washing/drying machine, a dishwasher and 3 refrigerators with freezers.
The surprise of the house is on the top floor, a roof terrace! Here you can see the sun rise in the morning and in the evening you can drink a sundowner here. The terrace offers a unique view of the sea and the mountains. This holiday home is ideal for 2 families or a large group of friends who are looking for privacy within one house.
